Eric Boehmer is an award winning attorney with the experience, confidence, and knowledge to deal with the authorities when it comes to defending individuals against criminal charges. As a native of St. Charles County, Eric was born and raised in the Wentzville area. He attended St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, MO. Eric was recently awarded a National Association of Distinguished Counsel Top 1% Award, a Top 100 Trial Attorney award for his achievements in Trial Law and a Top 10 Client Satisfaction Award for Criminal Law in Missouri and the NAFDD Superior DUI attorney award. 

Eric attended college at Furman University in South Carolina where he obtained his bachelor degree in Business Administration. While a player on Furman’s baseball team, he was named to the all-conference tournament team and made the Dean’s list for academic excellence. At Furman, Eric also became a member of the largest international fraternity, Tau Kappa Epsilon.

Upon graduation from Furman, Eric returned to the Show-Me State to attend law school at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award before graduating with his Juris-Doctorate. Eric gained experience with internships at two different law firms and worked at the Attorney General’s Office.

Upon passing the Missouri Bar Exam, Eric returned to St. Charles County to become an assistant prosecuting attorney. The trial experience and understanding of the court systems he gained during this time were building blocks that helped catapult his highly successful career as a criminal defense trial lawyer.

Pamela J. Ciskowski

Pamela J. Ciskowski is an experienced and knowledgable Family Law Attorney that has been practicing Family and Divorce Law for over 12 years in Missouri. Pam attended Washington University in St. Louis for her undergraduate degree and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law. In addition to practicing family law, she has previously contracted as a Guardian ad Litem for St. Charles County Juvenile Court for nine years’ in the representation of children in abuse and neglect cases and biological parents in abuse and neglect cases. Pam has also been a Guardian ad Litem for St. Charles County court for of over eleven years as a GAL on behalf of children in domestic manners.

Attorney Kelly Hritz has been an outstanding practicing attorney in the St. Louis area for 12 years, representing thousands of clients in criminal matters throughout the greater St. Louis area. She began her career as a defense attorney in St. Charles County as well as St. Louis County, St. Louis City and Lincoln County. Kelly represents clients in all manner of criminal cases, ranging from traffic tickets and DWI’s to A and B felonies such as Trafficking and Assault. Kelly has negotiated over 2,500 cases and tried over 60 bench and jury trials and her vast knowledge and experience will help you both in and out of the courtroom. Kelly’s years of experience working in the courtroom gives her an edge in criminal legal matters as she knows how the system works–and she gets results. Kevin D. Morris

Kevin has been practicing Family and Divorce Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Employment Law and Civil law in the St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri area. Kevin’s case experience includes divorce, modifications, child custody, adoption, civil litigation, and personal injury law. Recently Kevin worked on a civil litigation case that resulted in a seven figure settlement for the client and contributed to workers compensation case which successfully resulted in a deceased client’s disability benefits in excess of six figures being transferred to the deceased’s son. 

Kevin D. Morris is a St. Charles, MO native. Kevin graduated from Duchesne High School where he played football and basketball. After graduating Duchesne, Kevin attended Missouri State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Entertainment Management. Kevin was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. During his time at Missouri State, Kevin also completed an internship in sports marketing with Iron Mountain Sports.

After graduating Missouri State University, Kevin attended the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School. Kevin graduated in the top one-third of his class and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. During this time Kevin worked for the St. Louis Rams Public Relations Department and in their training camps. While in law school Kevin also worked as a law clerk and worked on political campaigns.
Lane Matthews
Lane attended college at Utah State University where he graduated with a degree in Law and Constitutional Studies. He then attended Washington University in St. Louis for law school where he made the dean's list.

Lane has spent his career helping people who have been severely injured. He handles cases in state and federal courts, including representing injured railroad employees (FELA), injured seaman (Jones Act), and victims of vehicle and trucking accidents. His success includes a $2.3 million settlement for a woman killed on a motorcycle, a million-dollar settlement for an injured seaman, and $500,000 for a woman injured in a tractor trailer wreck. Lane practices law in both Missouri and Illinois, as well as Federal Court in both Missouri and Illinois. Lanes experience as an accident attorney and personal injury lawyer are a great addition to Boehmer Law.  

Lane has made his home in the St. Louis Metro area. He and his wife raise their six children in St. Charles County where they are active supporters of the public-school system. They also devote significant time in their church. Lane is a Cub Scout Den Leader and teaches 9-year-old class in primary every Sunday. 

Keith P. Freie

Keith P. Freie is a Montgomery County, MO native. Keith was raised on a rural Missouri farm where he operated a grain and livestock operation. Keith graduated from Wellsville-Middletown where he attended Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Keith attended William Woods University where he earned a Bachelor of Art in political/ legal studies and computer information science.  

After graduating William Woods University, Keith attended the University of Missouri School of Law. Keith graduated in the top 25% of his graduating class. While in law school, Keith worked for the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Callaway County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and a private law firm.  

Immediately following graduation, Keith opened his own solo law firm where he represented clients in family and divorce law, mediation services, wills and trusts, probate, real estate transactions and disputes, and general civil law. Keith served as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Montgomery and Gasconade Counties. Keith has also served as Counsel for the Montgomery County Juvenile Office.   

Dominic R. Cicerelli
Dominic Cicerelli was raised in St. Charles, Missouri and graduated from Francis Howell High School. He achieved his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University, where he graduated with cum laude honors, and served as president of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and Criminal Justice Association. Mr. Cicerelli's passion for the law then took him to the University of Missouri School of Law. After graduation Dominic was admitted to practice law in Missouri.

Mr. Cicerelli focuses his practice on criminal defense and personal injury, as well as appellate briefs and appeals. He also works on expungement of criminal records in Missouri. He takes great pride in achieving favorable outcomes for his clients, and is constantly focused on developing his skill set and increasing his knowledge of the law.
